Customers may trade gold with Bullionz in accordance with their personal inclination by placing a market order, which enables the immediate purchase or sale of an asset at its present market value.

When can I trade?

Bullionz’s Exchange trading platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What are Bullionz’s spreads like?

The Bullionz Exchange offers tight spreads on fully allocated precious metals and top cryptocurrencies.

How can I liquidate my gold assets for trading?

By utilizing a variety of novel access points, Bullionz provides customers with immediate liquidity of their physical gold, thereby circumventing the inefficiencies of antiquated industry infrastructure.

Bullionz users can easily exchange their physical gold for traditional fiat or cryptocurrencies that are accessible on the Bullionz Exchange. Customers of Bullionz may then initiate a withdrawal of said funds to a registered bank account.

Can I redeem my gold digital assets?

Yes. Every BTXG token is backed by real gold bullion that can be redeemed in its entirety by token holders.

There is no minimum amount requirement for redemption. A flat fee is applied for every redemption consisting of a refinery fee plus Bullionz’s own execution fee. If a customer wishes to have their redeemed physical gold delivered to them, delivery fees pursuant to the courier shipping providers used may apply.

The redemption process can be accessed through the Bullionz account dashboard.

Is my traded gold stored in vaults?

Yes. Every piece of gold bullion held by Bullionz is held in globally located and secure vaults. Consistent independent audits validate that each BTXG in the Bullionz system is established on an exact allocation ratio of 1:1 to gold bullion. Furthermore, a sequence of evaluations is conducted by autonomous inspectors verify that the bullion's weight and fineness correspond to their respective specifications, and that the storage conditions are acceptable.

Can I review my assets on the blockchain?

Yes, Bullionz offers its customers the ability to view assets on the blockchain associated with the platform or digital currency used. This technology enables customers to verify transactions and track their assets by providing transparency and immutability.

What is Yielding?

Yielding entails contributing BTXG to the Bullionz monetary ecosystem and community by setting aside and holding onto BTXG tokens within each user’s account in the Bullionz system.

What are the benefits of Yielding with Bullionz?

By contributing BTXG to the Bullionz monetary ecosystem and community, customers will be able to receive a passive monthly reward based on the collective actions of the entire communal pool.

By Yielding, users are entitled to the below type of rewards system:

• Trading Rewards – Provides customers with a passive Yield or reward based on the trading fees garnered from all collective actions (i.e. Pool) performed in the Bullionz Exchange trading platform. Rewards are divided amongst participating customers, depending on each individual's amount of BTXG tokens Yielded within this program.

How do I qualify for the Trading Rewards?

Bullionz’ Trading Rewards are designed to reward our customers–for adding to the Bullionz monetary ecosystem by Yielding Bullionz’s BTXG tokens; based on fees accumulated collectively from all trades placed through the platform.

To qualify for any of Bullionz’s rewards, the following basic criteria must be meet:

• The customer’s account has to be fully verified through our KYC process.
• The customer’s account cannot be suspended nor blacklisted.
• The customer’s account has to meet the specific requirements of each reward.

Specific requirements for the Trading Rewards are:

• Submit BTXG tokens for our Yielding program.
• Hold submitted BTXG tokens within the program until the expiration of the term period. If tokens are removed or cancelled before the expiration of the program term, rewards will not be issued.

*Customers do not need to actively trade on the Bullionz Exchange trading platform to participate.

How is my Trading Rewards calculated?

Bullionz’s Trading Rewards are based on the communal fee pool of all trading actions within the Bullionz Exchange trading platform.

Fees taken into consideration include:

• Fees on all trades of BTXG pairs via the BullionZ Exchange.
• Fees on all buying and selling instances of the BTXG token on the Bullionz platform.

*Such fees accumulate on a daily basis.

What are the Trading Rewards paid in?

Bullionz pays all rewards in BTXG tokens. Any amount under the value of one coin will be paid in fiat.

*Example – if the customer is to receive 71$ reward, and one BTGX token is equivalent to 60$, the user will receive 1 BTGX token and 11$ in fiat as a reward.

Do I receive Trading Rewards on any asset that I own?

All Bullionz rewards are based on our BTXG tokens. One must Yield (i.e. set aside/hold) our tokens to be eligible for our rewards.

Where and how often will I receive my Trading Rewards?

Trading Rewards are distributed on a monthly basis (Term Period). Ten (10) days after the beginning of the subsequent month we pay the rewards for the previous month.

All rewards occur within the Bullionz platform and reflect within each customer’s individual BullionZ account.
